An Award-Winning Chef Certified in Tokyo Nakazima-san had taken 4-year
formal training at the Culinary Institute of Tokyo Busashi School prior to
becoming a certified chef with a Tokyo food service license. He won an award in
Tokyo cooking contest in 1988. With more than 20-year experience in Kaiseki (懐石料理), Nakazima-san can satisfy customers' demand. |
